Why is this role open? What need will this worker fill?
This role is open to help cover out of offices over the summer and a partner on LOA. The need is for payroll processing, case resolution, garnishment and separations support.There is potential for extension!
What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
Payroll prep and processing, case resolution, garnishment support and systematic separation processing. This person will work on a large core team of 23 partners and will report directly to the sr analyst on the team. Once they're completely ramped up they will step in and absorb the extra tasks if there is time and provide support to other analysts.
What are the must/nice to have skills you are looking for in this CW?
It would be nice for the candidate to have multi-state processing exposure, attention to detail, garnishment experience, SAP and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
What will success look like by day 30, 60, 90?
By day 30, the CW should have an understanding of how to process the payroll cycle. There is a 5 week training/ ramp up period.
By day 60, they should be comfortable with garnishments and separations.
By day 90, this CW should be able to provide more general support to the team on errors.
