Your Responsibilities

The Retention Specialist will be working in a fast-paced, call center environment where you will be handling inbound calls for our client's customers. The primary task will be to field inbound calls from wireless customers that are looking to cancel their service. The expectation is to utilize your tools and soft-skills to fully understand the reason for the customer wanting to cancel service and provide the customer with an appropriate resolution/offer that will retain their business

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Customer Service Experience (Retail, Food Service, etc. Does not have to be call center)

Able to pass a standard typing test

Background and drug test required

Great attitude and work ethic

Job Details

Contract to Hire

$11.50/hr

Must be available to work anytime between 7am - 11pm. Most shifts will be 2nd shift hours.

Call center is open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Expect to work one weekend day.
