Housekeeper Wanted - Full-Time Executive Housekeeper Position

Private Aspen family seeks an experienced and enthusiastic hands-on Executive Housekeeper to help their Estate Manager run and maintain their 12,000 square feet residence in Colorado. That is the familys second residence, thus this position requires hands-on cleaning of the residence. The ideal candidate will be overseeing the additional Housekeeper when the family is in the residence. The family includes two adults and one medium-sized dog. This is Full-Time position with 5 days workweek schedule, Monday Friday, 9AM to 5PM. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work extended hours and on the weekends upon request. The ideal candidate will be an extremely flexible multitasker, who wants to make a long-term commitment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with the Estate Manager overseeing maintenance of the home with outside vendors Hands-on housekeeping duties including mopping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, cleaning windows, bathrooms, pressing, making beds, plant care etc. Performing various errands requested by the family including deliveries, groceries and dog care Knowledge in care for special surfaces (wood, glass, leather, furniture, antiques, silver, etc.) Ensuring the residence is in state of guest readiness at all times Assisting Estate Manager and other staff members with set up and service during family social event Assisting the Estate Manager with miscellaneous administrative duties Assisting with the maintenance of household inventory and supplies Requirements: Minimum of 5-10 years related professional experience housekeeping Strong command of the English language; Spanish is a plus but not required Strong housekeeping and laundry experience, including knowledge of how to safely clean various surfaces Understand the importance of utilizing discretion and confidentiality in the workplace Ability to work as a part of the team alongside with the family domestic stuff Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environments with energetic and positive, can do attitude Proficiency in MAC and PC systems Family-style cooking is a BIG plus but not required Comfortable working around pets; the family has a medium-sized dog Valid Drivers License; confident driver with zero points on license with access to own personal car Legally able to work in the United States for any employer
