Established full-service law firm located near New Hyde Park, NY seeks a Paralegal for their Trusts & Estates department.
The incumbent MUST have at least 1 year of experience drafting estate planning documents including wills, living wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, trusts and related transfer documents for mid-size to large estates. Must also have excellent word processing skills and knowledge of WordPerfect.
Knowledge of Time Matters and Timeslips a plus, however by no means required.
Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 contingent upon prior experience
Benefits – PTO and vacation days (accrued during the first year); 401K; health insurance is offered
