Medical Lab Technician

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Our customer located in Clearwater is looking for a Medical Lab Technician.

         Pay $12.50/hr.

         First shift 8am-5pm.

         Temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties Include:

         Perform cleaning, maintenance, monitoring of the clean room, ancillary facilities, supplies, and equipment.

         Preform and document work in compliance with GMP, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control standards, regulations and technical safety and internal procedures.

         Documents all work in appropriate batch records, electronic databases, forms and logs.

         Assists with administrative responsibilities.

         Supports facilities operation.

         Receives and follows standard protocol to determine dispositions of tissues from courier service.

         Prepare and maintain tissue transport boxes.

Requirements Include:

         Willingness to work in a regulated GMP environment, follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality systems.

         Willingness to work in a biologics laboratory that processes human tissues samples.

         Understand basic science and aseptic techniques.

         Familiar with metric systems: weight, volume and temperature.

         High School Algebra level math skills.

         Familiar with Microsoft Office, word, and excel.

         Laboratory or technical classes required.

         Work with electronic inventory or documentation.
