-Copy all documents.
-Prepare receipts for payments received for credit, inspection, and appraisals.
-Register all walk-in clients and provide next step documentation.
-Retrieve all voice mail messages and return general calls on the behalf of all of the mortgage loan originators.
-Make contact with and schedule clients that register for services.
-Generate credit reports and upload reports into SharePoint for review; order supplements when necessary.
-Change status of leads in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for appropriate tracking.
-Print all documentation from the CRM for assessment by mortgage loan originators.
-Process all denial letters.
-Schedule client appointments in Outlook for the mortgage loan originators.
-Interact with and successfully transfer all Home Improvement clients to the rehab department after initial contact.

Must Have

- Admin Experience

- Good job tenure (1 year in each position)
