Responsibilities: The Patient Service Lead works under the direct supervision of the Patient Service Supervisor. The job functions include but not limited to trains, provides direction, and assists the Patient Service Representative, plans and coordinates a variety of functions that are related to registration and scheduling operations and is the point person for day-to-day issues and questions.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Qualifications: One year of prior experience in a medical office preferred and knowledge of medical terms is preferred.
Benefit Eligible: Yes
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $15.13 per hour.
Hours/Pay Period: 80
Schedule Details: Rotating shifts between 7am and 6pm
