JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to enhance and elevate the customer experience by leading, managing, and providing creative direction to the custom tailor shop function in our retail locations to drive sales and brand loyalty through creating customized designs, and apparel enhancement.
- Develop and implement shop operation (includes services, hours, turn around time, required resources and costing)
- Provide input and recommendations for the design and aesthetic of shop
environment.
- Conceptualize and create unique customer offerings including in store events.
- Facilitate enhancements and changes to craftsmanship experience based on own evaluations and recommendations from corporate partners.
- Maintenance stock of LTS equipment/machinery and supplies.
-Lead and direct Levi’s Tailor Shop team within store location (Includes managing the schedule, Coaching conversations, overseeing project deadlines).
- Network, recruit and train talent.
- Apply knowledge of design, styling and fabrics to create and design enhancements to brand product.
- Own all levels of Lot #1 process from fitting & pattern through construction and finishing to delivery.
- Determine customer’s preference and style to create customized experience in partnership with sales stylist.
- Educate store team on customer offerings.
