About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking for a Director of Product Management, Logistics and Transportation to lead our products to the next level. Reporting to the SVP of product management in Global Ecommerce, this role will be key for establishing forward looking strategies (Logistics efficiency, cost optimization, customer delight) and driving product management related to our Global Ecommerce offering in cross border products and. The candidate will be solely responsible for leading the product strategy, planning, development and introduction of new, customer-relevant products in order to enhance the customer experience and grow our business profitably.

You will be responisble for: 
o Responsible for product roadmap development and execution
o Responsible for Logistics and Transportation for all out Go To Market pillars including Borderfree Retail, Complete Marketplaces and eBay Global Shipping Program
o Contract terms for SaaS service, transportation services and parcel processing services clearly depicting offering, terms of use, data privacy and SLA
• Technical expertise: Require to dive deep with engineers as you are translating complexity to simple concepts with non-technical audiences
• Work with SVP Product to drive product development from conceptualization through launch creating actionable plans, work streams and tactics and execute on those in support of new product launches.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders


Qualifications

• 5-10 years of technology-based product/project management experience, preferably both at a hands-on and managerial level.
• 5+ years supply chain, logistics, or transportation product management experience
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering or computer science
• Experience in Retail Transportation, Logistics and Shipping industry is a strong plus
• Experience in shipping carrier, 3rd party logistics and vendor system integration
