WAREHOUSE WORKER
Summary
The Warehouse Worker receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, delivers product to customer, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
What you’ll be doing:
Unload trucks, check in merchandise, match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing.
Read orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.
Move materials and items to shipping or other designated areas.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to size, type, style, color or product code.
Load trucks and complete timely delivery of merchandise.
File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to route driver storage area.
Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Assist in physical inventory counts.

While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and occasionally required to sit, climb or balance. Employees must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
2. Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States (e.g., I-9)
3. Valid Driver’s License – Must be able to make deliveries
Preferred - One year of prior warehouse clerk experience.
