Divisional Other Income Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

BASIC PURPOSE:

Responsible for traveling to Love’s store locations throughout the assigned region and assessing, advising and training store managers on propane usage, safety and other income items.  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Observe and evaluate store propane program.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback regarding store programs.
• Advise and train store managers on other income programs.
• Develop budget and analyze the P&L reports.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4-year college degree preferred
• Experience:
  • Previous multi-unit retail or restaurant management experience a plus

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:

• Must exhibit strong customer service focus skills; detail oriented and highly self-motivated

• Physical Demands:

• May require relocation.
• Must be willing to travel Monday-Thursday (overnight stays with some Friday travel required).
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
