Manage outgoing/incoming calls about pension, healthcare and welfare plans. Candidates should have great customer service skills, experience working with computers and a willingness to learn on the job. Web-based systems are used for customer tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Immediate supervision provides support and instruction based on existing guidelines. Desired Skills:
