Field Service Technician

Job Description:

The Field Service Technician will diagnose, repair or overhaul, and maintain heavy construction equipment. Equipment includes compactors, excavators, loaders, dozers, and other heavy construction equipment. They may also repair diesel trucks and buses as well.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Truck OR Heavy Construction Equipment
• 2+ years experience with at least one of these brands: Volvo, Cummins, Mac, UD Trucks, Detroit, Cat, International
• 2+ years experience diagnostic and troubleshooting experience (the majority of the work is diagnosing problems and troubleshooting)
• Own set of hand and air tools (anything over $10,000 in value is a good set)
• Must be willing to submit to drug test, background check, DOT physical and Motor Vehicle Check
