Home Health RN - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Scientific is currently hiring for a Register Nurse for a direct placement role in the Northern Colorado area. This position will cover a few different Assisted Living locations within Longmont, Thornton, Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins area.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing whose program is accredited by the National League for Nursing
• License in good standing in Colorado of nursing practice
• 1+ year of experience as a professional nurse

Position overview:

• Applies nursing knowledge in assessing, diagnosing, implementing, and evaluating human response to actual or potential health problems.
• Initiates case findings, health teachings, health counseling and provision of care that supports life or restores well-being.
• Functions under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director of Patient Care Services / Director of Nursing (DON).

Expectations:

• 6 patients a day at 2-3 different locations
• Experience with medication management, pic line and central dressing care, wound care, blood draws, IV
• 25-32 patients a week
