About this job

  • PFMEA creation and proper updates proving use as a living document and a continuous improvement tool.
  • Develops and implements the designated process for production readiness, meeting quality standards.
  • Resolution of product or production difficulties.
  • Assists in the investigation and analysis of new materials, equipment and engineering practices.
  • Ensures processes maintain required process control.
  • Ensures readiness for scheduled run-at-rate and PPAP due dates.
  • Strives to develop and recommend solutions to continuously improve existing production processes.
  • Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
  • M-F hours with occasional weekend work
  • Assembly experience is a plus
