Office Coordinator (Plano)
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the tracking, preparation, exchange, disposal and coordination of vehicles. A variety of computer applications and software is utilized and updated via data entry.
Office Coordinator job functions:
  • Track associate and department vehicle movement to Plano
  • Answer associate questions via phone or in person while displaying excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the program
  • Assist with re-plating of vehicles (may require coordination with vendor and/or VSAs)
  • Ensure all lease vehicles have car kit packet in glove box
  • Track & support orders & delivery for the Plano (TCAL) office working with associates & dealers
  • Support department vehicle orders working with the departments & dealers
  • Place cars in and out of service including 2nd assignments
  • Support the disposal of lease vehicles working with other VSAs, TMS and/or QEK as necessary (i.e. auction vehicles)
  • Provide education associates on overall processes for Plano such as accident reporting, driver screening processes
    Office Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Must be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email and written means
  • Experience and aptitude toward exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks
  • High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate skills with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to navigate challenging business environments while quickly assimilating to diverse client, and management team
    Office Coordinator Pay:
    $14.50/hour
