A steel and aluminum manufacturer is seeking a hard-working tig welder / turret machine operator.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
Operate a CNC Amada Turret Punch:
Calling up the correct programs and loading them into the machine's controller
Running the parts and being experienced at checking, measuring, and deburring the machine
Setting up the hard tooling according to the program's paperwork
Install and repair various equipment and components
Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in welding
1 year experience with a CNC turret punch machine or CNC laser (not lathe or milling)
Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
