Training classes starting in beginning this spring! You must have great attendance & ability to handle high call volume (40 to 80) call daily.

Pay range $9.00-$10.50 OVERTIME AVAILABLE

DESCRIPTION: Hire Dynamics has collaborated with one of America's largest business process outsourcing, revenue cycle and receivables management companies in the United States. We are looking for inbound call center customer service representatives with a passion for delivering exceptional caring customer service support to its clients. This is a “temp-to-hire position” we are looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 6 months. We offer paid training!

  • Must have at least a minimum of 1 year customer service experience or 6 months call center preferred
  • Must be flexible to work Monday - Friday (some weekends)
  • Can you handle customer request via phone calls, chat sessions and emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve caller issues with one call resolution?
  • Can you offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of owning the callers request to resolution?
  • Can you handle incoming customer calls validating caller and processing request for optimal resolution on the first call?
  • Can you adhere to published work schedule at all times?
  • You are unable to miss time or days during training class, please ensure you are able to be present during training.

  • Can you type a minimum of 30 wpm?

  • Do you have the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and convey a customer-centric attitude?
