About this job

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Processing files from opening through closing. 

Effectively communicating with company's clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Ordering and reviewing all information to clear title as well as prepare documents necessary to insure the transaction.

Reviewing legal documents (title, surveys, estoppels, etc.) for accuracy and compliance.

Filing, Phone, Data Entry and performing other related duties as required.

Additional Requirements: Must demonstrate strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized, professional image, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting as well as a team player who works well with others. No bankruptcies in the last 3 years.
