Customer Service Rep - Full-time

Best Friends Total Pet Care, Inc. in Tyngsboro, MA is looking to hire additional staff to join their team as a Full Time Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for those with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business, the face of every center. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every pet and pet parent, and builds long-lasting relationships with new and existing clientele. To this end, the CSR must present themselves and the center in a clean and professional manner at all times. Ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Scheduling
• File maintenance
• Data entry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• One year customer service experience preferred
• Some college preferred
• Ability to adapt to a high paced environment
• Computer skills
• Timekeeping
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to utilize a multi-line phone system
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift 40 lbs frequently
• Walk and climb stairs frequently
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to handle dogs on leashes
• Have a love and passion for animals  
• Display professional manner at all times
