JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insure That All Food Items Are Prepared As Prescribed By Recipe And Procedure To Meet The Quality And Quantity Standards Specified By Frontier Enterprises.
- Maintain Work Area In A Clean And Organized Fashion.
- Communicate With Supervisor Concerning Storages, Waste, Maintenance Needs, Changes In Procedure, And Supply Needs.
- Assure Control Of Spoilage By Rotating And Sealing Foods.
- Adhere To All Other Responsibilities As Outlined By Supervisor.
- Communicates With Kitchen Staff And Supervisor.
