WOW! We are SO excited to be open at our second SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza location in West Omaha!
As a member of our Front of House team, you will be trained in all FOH areas including food server and cashier. The objective of our Front of House team is to build authentic connections with each and every guest while providing service that is second to none. Both full and part time opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for taking care of guest's food and drink service including:
- Open and prepare the restaurant, as well as close the restaurant
- Interact with guests, fellow team members and management team.
- Take orders from guests for food or beverages
- Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
- Describe and recommend wine to guests
- Prepare hot, cold and mixed drinks for guests
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters
- Represent the face of SPIN! and put guests first
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Help keep the restaurant clean and organized
