For more information, please visit The position is responsible for working with various lines of business to provide a reliable, responsive and comprehensive one-stop partner to the business for facility management and workplace efficiencies. Provides the support and analysis for overall operations and maintenance (facility management) for select sites (approximately 50 sites) working with supervisor, landlord, internal customers, outsourced partner, and other departments/groups. The position conducts meetings; analyses information; prepares reports; tracks program and project milestones; oversees tactical progress for assigned programs; works with leadership and customers to identify issues, process improvements, recommend controls and measurements; and oversees projects as warranted. The position works closely with Real Estate partners in collaboration and implementation of strategic direction. The position could work with a team for facility operations functions (i.e. occupancy planning or Commute Trip Reduction).Good understanding of facility management and operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills good problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and with a lease management (or other relational) database.
Some understanding of the unique needs of assigned facilities (i.e. Mission essential or people-centric).
Some experience with project management.
High School Diploma/GED.Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Partners with team to deliver consistent, timely and high quality support.
Aware of the line-of-business strategy and objectives to assist in solving facility operations issues and supporting workplace efficiencies. Analyzes data and recommends options for team to consider.
Provides insight and support for the building life cycle management, which could include infrastructure planning, facility repairs and maintenance; critical date management; and/or occupancy planning.
Supports team as they partner with Lines of Business (LOB) to support assigned locations which could be mission essential (i.e. switches or data centers) or people-centric (i.e. Corporate Campus, Regional Business Offices (RBOs), Area Headquarters, Regional Headquarters and other admin facilities [does not include call centers nor retail]).
Prepares databases and tools to support the teams mission. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
