Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for the Salt Lake City office. This position is responsible for scheduling caregivers in order to provide quality service to the clients. Will assign caregivers based on service call requirements, will coordinate schedules on a daily basis, will monitor and mediate both client and caregiver activity and follow up on assignments and client service. Coordinate both monthly client/caregiver schedules. Answer new client inquiries when needed and enter information, printing out service call forms, or processing and mail out letter/brochure.
The Scheduling Coordinator must possess the experience and skill to perform the job responsibilities, need to be highly organized, have strong communication and people skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidate must be/have:
CNA Certified with experience is a plus, but not required
Highly organized
Ability to connect and interact clearly with seniors
Must have superior communication skills in both oral and written
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Staff scheduling experience in senior care or health care industries
Working knowledge in basic business software programs including; Microsoft software
Full time-hourly position
Position is Monday through Friday with some evening and weekend hours as needed
