About this job

Our family-owned client is looking for a reliable full-time General Maintenance Associate. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general maintenance to required buildings
  • Respond promptly to work orders and resolve issues adequately
  • Communicate well with on-site contact and company technician

Requirements:

  • Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel daily to various work sites

Experience:

  • Some mechanical background preferred but not required
  • Boiler or CPO license preferred but not required
  • Basic plumbing, general carpentry and electrical skills

Compensation starts at $17.00 an hour
