Proposal Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking two experienced Proposal Coordinators to work in the Bowie, MD area.

The Proposal Coordinator will assist with a wide array of marketing functions in support of a growth-oriented business development team.

The Proposal Coordinator will be required to research and monitor specific sites for potential business. They will need to Review RFPs and lead discussions with leaders in decision making process.

Additional duties:

Assist with proposal formatting, writing, editing, and proof reading
Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations
Data entry and maintenance of opportunity tracking data
Create, update and edit project descriptions and resumes
Facilitate client meetings, client care visits, events, and conferences
Ability to independently handle multiple, simultaneous assignments and meet tight deadlines
