Project Architect - Full-time / Part-time

Project Architect with a mid/large-sized architectural firm in Greater Grand Rapids. (Direct Placement)

Aerotek is the largest U.S. provider of technical and engineering staffing. Our Grand Rapids team specializes in Architecture, Engineering, & Construction Management placements throughout West Michigan and surrounding areas.

Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting architectural design work in Revit & AutoCAD
• Coordinating Design process of projects from start to finish
• Working in teams of 2-5 depending on the size of the project.
• Responsible for working with their team and Project Manager designing layout for commercial projects.
• Putting together and submitting Construction Documents.
• Coordinating project through design process, they will have progress meetings throughout the process and give/receive direction on initiatives for the day and week.

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• 4-8 years of experience architectural drafting and designing in AutoCAD.
• 2+ years of Revit preferred
• 3+ years of commercial architecture experience
• Experience working with teams and collaborating on various-sized projects.
