Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: The Sales Associate is a Part Time associate working up to 24 hours per week who performs functions at the register and assists with zone ownership.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers
• Responsible for cash & register functions
• Responsible for maintenance of Front End including Balloon counter
• Responsible for front end zone ownership including the queue
• Assists in merchandising procedures
  • Stocking, filling merchandise, recovery
• Assists in receiving and stocking procedures
  • Unloads merchandise from trucks
  • Checks in shipments

Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room, and adheres to all standard operating procedures, policies and Best Methods

 Additional responsibilities will be determined by the General Manager, as dictated by store needs.

• Lift, push, pull 25 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, bending and stooping
• Climb ladders
• Standing entire shift

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Cleared background check & drug test (if state law permits)
