Looking to hire a part-time Housekeeper who is a loving, energetic, flexible, self-starter able to communicate clearly, establish goals, and who works well independently. LOCATION: Encino, CA QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH: * Courteous, discreet, honest, and responsible. Hardworking and detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Have a flexible attitude and be a self-starter. Have a positive, pleasant personality. Able to follow direction and instruction from employer and accept constructive criticism. Able to work legally in the United States, with a valid drivers license and clean driving record Well groomed, non-drug user, physically able to perform the duties. Long-term intent. CLEANING DUTIES: * Have a sound knowledge of proper care protocols, and ability to care for specialized surfaces, crystal, fine china, fine linens, and cookware, etc. Vacuum all floors, furniture, carpeting and draperies. Empty trash and organize recycling. Vacuum and mop floors. Prepare family style dinners. Dust and vacuum furniture. Clean and organize closets. Wash inside windows and woodwork, etc. Change linens on beds Complete weekly cleaning of all bathrooms (medicine chests, drawers, linen closet, tile and showers, etc.). LAUNDRY: * Does laundry and ironing very well. Organize and maintain all clothes, closets, and drawers as needed by employer. COMPENSATION AND TERMS: A confidentiality agreement is required. References Required Hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
