Warehouse Project Coordinator - Full-time

Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for Warehouse Project Coordinator for our Sterile Procedure Trays Division located in Waukegan, IL. Under direct supervision, assist in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, coordinate accurate processing of workflow throughout the warehouse . Track progress and identify and resolve obstacles. Provide basic administrative support to Warehouse.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Project Coordinator:

• Assist and participate in projects related to overall product strategy, research, development and warehouse coordination for new and emerging projects. ?
• Able to work along with operators and leadership to accomplish daily goals.
• Provide support to internal customers based on business needs.
• Able to read, analyze, and execute system generated reports, and emails. Follow up is a must.
• Use AS400 system and SAP to view and run reports
• Ability to manager multiple tasks and work well under pressure while possessing exceptional sense of urgency.
• Must have a roll-up your sleeves up attitude.
• Provide basic administrative support such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports.
• Any other additional responsibilities assigned.

Qualification

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up 6 days a week
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Basic math (addition and subtraction) required.
• Microsoft office experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse environment (internships, etc.).
• AS400, SAP experience
• Have high sense of urgency
• Team player that can communicate with leads on all shifts.
