* Analyze International partner business performance to identify and develop new business opportunities

* Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned International partners that positively impact the business

* Conduct market research for the purpose of analyzing markets and investigating business opportunities in new and existing markets and product categories

* Support International Account Management team on management of two annual International Sales Meetings (including meeting content, logistics, as well as internal and external communication)

* Support Manager of International Account Management with projects and special requests as assigned

* Collect and analyze bookings and sales data pertaining to International partner business

* Collaborate with Sales Operations team on shipping and payment related matters

* Validate customer purchase orders

Experience and Skills

Analytical:

* Strong analytical and project management skills.

* Working retail math knowledge

* Self-motivated and self-directed

Technical:

* Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

* Ability to work with Business Intelligence systems, learning independently and from SMEs

Interpersonal:

* Ability to deal with ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization and to be persuasive with details and facts. Ability to look at situations from several points of view

* Ability to build solid, productive cross functional relationships/partnerships that positively impact the business

* Must be customer focused
