Staff Accountant - Full-time / Part-time

accountable and responsible for providing customized short and long-term finance and accounting services to our clients. This position works with various clients to obtain accounting information, maintain general ledger and produce periodic financial statements.

• General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking and financial statement working knowledge
• Maintain supporting workpapers and documentation
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Meet all tax and accounting deadlines
• Call or meet with clients to review work as required
• • Assist other members of Firm as needed
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and accounting software packages (QuickBooks and Sage products preferred)
