JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide all aspects administrative support for consultants as part of the Personal Preference Program (PPP)
- Scheduling quarterly and annual visits for consultants who are going to individuals homes to develop and maintain an effective cash management plan (CMP) with participants
- Keep track of consultants visits and enter all pertinent data regarding visit to proprietary database
- Provide customer service; speak with participants over the phone as needed to answer questions regarding CMP, status of consultant visit, etc.
- Monitor work flow and help develop new processes for effective delivery to current participants and generate new referrals
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Operating in Princeton, NJ site with 10 other PSS and 4 supervisors. Supporting a team of 15-20 consultants who will be in and out of the office. Dress code is business casual.
