Assembly

Entry level assembly of refrigeration units that are in grocery stores. They will be asked to multitask and be flexible with the production demands.

Prepare parts for assembly, including unpackaging, cleaning, deburring, and testing. Parts may include galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics in various sizes, the injection of foam insulation into these parts, wire, and wire connectors.

Inspect all parts for defects.

Report all defects to Group Leader.

Assemble parts according to customer specification, meeting company quality, production standards, and safety standards.

Exercise judgment in the planning and sequence of assembly operation.

Follow all clean up, maintenance, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
