Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Position: Customer Service

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $10-11 / hr

Hours: Pick your schedule!

Summary:

Customer Service Reps will be responding to customer questions via email or phone

Most of the calls will be:
- educating customers on how to use the website to find products
- assisting with placing orders
- how to apply coupons and promotions at checkout
- check on order status
- navigate how to schedule consultations through the website
- where to locate product information on the website

There are 6 Part Time openings (4-6 hour shifts) and 10 Full Time openings

Required Experience:

- HS diploma or GED
- call center not necessary. retail / food service / gas station counts as csr exp.
- must know how to navigate a website - someone who has never done online shopping or never spends time on the internet will not do well
- ability to multitask - talk on the phone while using the computer
