Bilingual Health Care Customer Service

My client, a company who helps consumers stay informed about their health with simple-to-use, at-home, self collected lab tests, is currently hiring on their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of a health care company!

Job Duties:

• handle around 40-60 calls per day - inbound outbound
• returning voice mails of patients
• Must be able to transcribe voice mail from our 1-800 line
• answer patient questions on testing- such as, how to take the test, when they will receive results, and ask when to expect the returned test
• will need to answer questions on - Blood, Urine, Colorectal

Hours: 10:30 AM to 7 PM, M-F

Environment: Cubicles, business casual dress, 20 person team
