1. Assists RGM with all of the responsibilities involved in operating a first class restaurant operation, including…but not limited to…
a. Ensuring Food Safety standards through execution of proper procedures and practices
b. Ensuring outstanding Customer Service…including scheduling, deployment and shift management

f. Food Cost management
g. People Development…including training, coaching using the Resolution System, leading management meetings and identifying opportunities and encouraging career development for SL and TM
h. Staffing and Retention…including interviewing, onboarding, and recognition

2. Responsible for their continual accumulation of knowledge and development as an Associate Manager with the expectation of becoming an RGM anytime within 2 -18 months of being certified as an AM.
