Job DescriptionYour role as a Catering Liaison will include coordinating and executing all catering orders at your store. Additionally, you will assist with and support the regional Prepared Foods vision. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.Responsibilities * Give every customer immediate and undivided attention. * Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food. * Take catering orders over the phone and in person. * Schedule and arrange delivery for catering orders. * Communicate with all teams and review orders to ensure accuracy. * Ring in all catering orders and maintain accurate sales records. * Order all catering-related inventory. * Clean and organize production station daily. * Plan and execute catering demonstrations on the sales floor along with the Demo Specialist. * Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required. * Support national, regional, and store programs. * Respond promptly to customer needs and questions and requests assistance when necessary, including answering the store phone system. * Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices. * Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
