Home Instead Senior Care® is growing and adding a Client Care Coordinator for our Summit County office. If you are a natural people person and a problem solver, we are interested in speaking to you about this fast-paced, exciting opportunity. 

Ideal candidate will:
* Be able to use the consultative approach to identify the care needs of our prospective clients and/or their families then create an individualized care plan.
* Be able to conduct quality assurance visits with our clients to ensure we are continuously exceeding their needs.
* Be able to communicate effectively well in person, on the telephone and in writing.

* Be able to work in a collaborative team environment and have good working relationships with our key referral providers, current and potential clients, office staff, and the franchise owner.
* Have significant computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Have an entrepreneurial drive to exceed our growing needs.
* Have sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
* Be able to demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with our company standards, practices, policies and procedures.
* Be able to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
* Be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Competitive Salary Package includes base salary, bonus package, etc.
