Job Summary:
In this role you will complete die repair maintenance and improvements and design changes; suggest improvements to current tooling; fabricate production aids for use on the floor; safely operate and maintain all equipment used in a die shop; and troubleshoot issues that arise with current tooling.
Location: Grand Rapids – Airport and Grand Rapids - Downtown
Position Type: Direct Hire and Evaluation Hire Available
Schedule: Openings on all shifts!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Journeyman card highly preferred
- 5 – 10 years of die repair experience
- Working knowledge of machine shop equipment (mills, surface grinders, etc.)
- Crane operating experience a plus!
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
