POSITION PURPOSE
The Tech is a non-supervisory position specializing in the repair of small engine complex repairs. The primary function of this position is to diagnosis and fix customer and store owned units, communicating the status of repairs to the customer service rep for communication to the customer.

- Communicate special parts needs to the parts/intake associate
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate parts orders with repair parts specialist
- Communicate status of repairs with customer service rep
NATURE AND SCOPE
Position reports to the Operations Manager.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:- Previous small engine repair experience
- EECT Certification
- Basic computer skills
