My clients focuses on helping in the healing, reducing stress and with the overall encouraging feeling of safety while families start the transisition into the next phases of thier life. There are several ways they accomplishs this but the two most important are providing furniture and supplies so they can create a home to build a solid foundation to start.
Because they are growing into a new 10,000 sq ft space, they need more helping hands on deck. Currently looking to bring on a permananet Store Manager for the new space in Newport Beach.
The Store Manager will be someone who is energetic, results drive, and attentive. A successful candidated will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage all staff effectively. Candidates will have the most successs if they have a background in retail management with a mix or passion for interior design and visual display.
Responsibilities include:
Organize all store operations and allocatie responsibilites to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Preparte and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Monitor stock levels
Deal with complaints from customers to maintaim the stores reputation
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events of displays
Keep abreast of market trends to determin the need for improvements in the store
Analyze sales, revenue reports and make forecasts
Ensure the store fulfills all legal helath and safety guidelines
