Housekeeper Wanted - Housekeeper/Maid Needed in Pecan Park area - Full-time / Part-time

I am a easy-going, single man with two large dogs who lives in a new one-story ranch home. Any person apply for the job needs to be a dog-lover and able to handle dogs. They are well behaved: one Lab and one Lab-mix. They may require to be let out to a fenced backyard and brought back into the home afterwards. That having been said, I am in needs of a diligent, detailed and thorough housekeeper who can on a bi-weekly basis give attention to the cleaning of my home. Services required are, but not limited to, as follows: hot mopping, vacuum, furniture dusting, laundry, dishes, window wiping, bathroom cleaning, ceiling fan dusting, bed linen changes, patio sweeping, porch sweeping, etc. The job requires that the person be able to slightly move furniture as appropriate to clean underneath, not just around. Dusting of lighting and furniture is a must. Professionalism is a must and three references will be required. You may be subject to a criminal background check at my discretion. Dishonest people need not apply I assure you. Payment is negotiable but will not be done in cash but by bank check every two weeks. Fee is negotiable, but must be reasonable and I am open to hourly or flat fee arrangements depending on our initial consultation. Flat Fee is preferred. I would like someone who can take the time needed to clean the home as I desire and treat the home with respect.
