Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

If you are looking for a position that offers a future, there are entry-level Machine Operator positions available with a company that is willing to train people with a strong attendance history, and desire to work.　 This is a contract-to-hire position with a company looking to retain its contractors!

Dress-code is relaxed and the only PPE's are earplugs, provided on-site.　

There is a short math test prior to interviewing.　

The Job Description for Machine Operators is as follows:

Candidates will either start in inserting/high speeds, commingling, or the bindery.

　

Responsibilities include:

* Learn all established quality procedures and standards

* Learn all company safety policies, procedures and programs

* Verify all component codes and perform Quality Control checks

* Maintain a clean work station

　

Physical Requirements

* Ability to perform repetitive tasks

* Light lifting on a routine basis

* Ability to stand for 12 hour shift

　

It is a 4-3 Schedule, working 4 days one week then 3 days the next week and so on. Some weekends are required, however there are changeovers in place to assure candidates also have some weekends off.　 You'll be getting full time hours in 14-15 days of work per month.　

Contractors will have the ability to sign up for overtime as they are picking up the roles and responsibilities of the job.

Lunch is 30 minutes, and there are 2 breaks, (15-20 minutes). All are paid time.
