Busser

We are currently hiring for Bussers. Some responsiblities include:

• Ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, perimeter of building and parking lot
• Checks highchairs and boosters for cleanliness
• Empties trash and sweeps the restaurant and bar floor areas
• Offers assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refills beverages

Qualification Standards:

• Possess infectious energy, be friendly, outgoing and eager to serve others
• Lifts and carries sacks, cases and bus tubs of up to 70 pounds up to 20 times per shift: places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Walks or stands most of 6-8 hour shift
• Able to clearly communicate guest needs to other employees (Server, host/hostess, bartender, cooks and manager)
• Required to carry bus tubs, trays or supplies
