As a Supervisor, working for an independent Chick-fil-A franchisee, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, to include (but not limited to):

Achieve operational objectives.

Accomplish human resource objectives.

Perform facility opening and closing procedures.

Maintain the flow of satisfied guests.

Maintain restaurant equipment to ensure that it is in working order.

Works to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees.

Works with staff to accomplish all goals.

Other duties as assigned.
