Store Manager- The primary function of a Store Manager is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. The Store Manager oversees and manages daily operation of a retail store with full profit and loss responsibility. Additionally, Store Managers are accountable for overall store safety, employee orientation and training, inventory, and point of sale reconciliation. A valid state driver’s license is required to apply for this position.

Requirements

  • 1- 3 years previous management experience
  • Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
  • Experience with inventory, financial statements and general administrative related tasks
  • Experience with hiring and training subordinate employees
  • Must have own, reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work weekends, to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Strong data entry computer skills
  • Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
  • Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
  • Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
  • Able to withstand exposure to fumes and cleaning products
