We are currently hiring for Expeditors. Some responsiblities include:

  • Greet guests in a friendly manner.
  • Answers questions regarding food and their presentation, ingredients and accompanying items
  • Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station
  • As needed, may call order to each cook for preparation, organizes order and completes the order with accompanying items and sauces
  • Quickly and accurately organizes food for servers

Qualification Standards:

  • Possess infectious energy, be friendly, outgoing and eager to serve others
  • Able to pass Expo test and certification
  • Reaches, bends, stoops, shakes, stirs and wipes
  • Able to deliver set up and transfer trays which may require lifting as much as 30 pounds
  • Have Food Handlers card – where required
  • Stands during 6-8 hour shift
