Our Assistant Directors are often the first person that we consider for promotion when a Center Director position opens. Therefore, we expect our Assistant Directors to be able to learn everything that a Director does including, but not limited to:

  • Understand and take action on financial information on an operating statement
  • Ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center
  • Conduct tours for prospective parents and enroll new families
  • Execute local marketing to raise interest in our centers
  • Ensure licensing standards are met and assist in the accreditation process for the center

To be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements, including:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a licensed child care facility is preferred
