Our Assistant Directors are often the first person that we consider for promotion when a Center Director position opens. Therefore, we expect our Assistant Directors to be able to learn everything that a Director does including, but not limited to:
- Understand and take action on financial information on an operating statement
- Ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center
- Conduct tours for prospective parents and enroll new families
- Execute local marketing to raise interest in our centers
- Ensure licensing standards are met and assist in the accreditation process for the center

To be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements, including:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a licensed child care facility is preferred
